Absolutely! But I have to redo my pitiful stitching to make them symmetrical - one side is not realizing its full potential. I've never sewn in bra cups before - can ya tell?
Check out the swimsuit contest on pattern review. There were some suggestions/instructions, from the winner I think, on sewing in the boobage and hers looked better, uh I mean very nice.
