One More Lacy Shrug...

Okay, the first time I made this one, I screwed up the buttonholes because I didn't understand the directions. Here was that attempt (Oh, I can't believe I actually wore this to work one day and got a couple of compliments on it - it looks like it's for a baby!):

And here's the new one, which I upsized a little too much, but I still love it!

I didn't realize I was being photo-bombed - funny kids!

And a little shout-out to Pam - I'm thinking about you, Sister - did you pick your knitting needles up yet? Hope you're hanging in there....

Lynn -- This is fantastic -- I do need to do some knitting posts! Really great work.

BTW, I received your email and subsequently lost it. I've been looking for it because I wanted to send a note. My email is pammieellen at gmail.com or pamehudson at aol.com. Thanks for the kinds words!!

I love version 2. Much better fit than version 1. What yarn did you use? Or did I miss that?!?

Thanks, Pam - I sent you another email.

Amy, it was Blue Heron Cotton & Rayon Twist Lace from a store in New Orleans - the blue was pulling on everything like crazy, but this version seems a lot sturdier. At least it didn't catch on anything when I wore it to dinner the other night!

Thanks, Becky and Sheila!
