I'm a wife, mom, and doctor. I'm occasionally inappropriate, frequently odd, but not weird yet....I don't think. Bugs Bunny said it best: "It is to laugh."
I've been dying dying to get a evolution from babylock - it's a serger and coverlock with jet air threading . . .but I am still holding off...
Oh, we have to chat! Robbie and Katrina have combo machines, I think, and it might be cumbersome to switch them over. Since I already have a serger, I was thinking of a cover stitch alone. Becky will be sending me a link to some comparison reviews....I also need to see what Kadiddlehopper thinks of hers.....
Hope you will post about the coverstitch. I have a combo and very rarely switch so I think just a coverstitch would be the way to go.
Thanks for the info, Ann. I'll do a post about it. Katie from Kadiddlehopper loves hers and said the same thing about the combo.
Yes, I hear a standalone coverstitch is much better -- but my serger is from the 80s so I could be talked into a combo:) I'd like to hear more about the coverstitch as well. Beautiful stitching.
