Okay, I simply can't wait to upload all the pictures - here are some quick videos. Thanks to Lucas for adding the music to them...otherwise you'd hear the deafening roar of the air compressor. (And it's humorous music at that - I was thinking some country fiddles or something, but he said the videos were kind of boring, and sped them up with the appropriate accompaniments.)
Here's Robbie:
And here's me:
And tomorrow I'll show you some fabric eye candy!!!

Great music! Was that Benny Hill? The airbrushing look fun!
Your son is awesome!! Too cute! Anxious to see how the fabric turned out.
Yep - the great Benny Hill! And something called Meatball Parade. Apparently some of the time Lucas is on the computer is devoted to perusing songs to use in various situations. And Becky, we sweated off about 4 pounds - it was hellacious!
It was so DANG hot! But the assembly line is definitely the way to go. There is also a learning curve, not surprising. Lynn mixed up a silvery/gray color of paint that seemed to work with everything we tried it on. Also, we found out the paint needed to be "opaque" and not "transparent". And yes, Lucas is the BEST!

Robbie, I really did lose a couple of pounds between that 5k and the garage!
I didn't even weigh. The step up onto the scale was way too high.

I'm proud of us for not fainting...seriously.
Loving the process... cute vidoes.
Thanks, Sheila!
Grateful for sharing this post.
